What is your address?

So you want my exact address, presumably to send something to D and I. Well, we appreciate it very much. Here is how you can do that.

Our exact mailing address is as follows:
广东省深圳市福田区侨香路3028号鸿新花园14栋201 CHINA 518033
In Latin characters this is:
Guangdong Sheng, Shenzhen Shi, Futian Qu, Qiaoxiang Lu 3028 Hao, Hongxin Huayuan, 14 Dong 201 CHINA 518033
And translated to English this is:
Guangdong Province, Shenzhen City, Futian District, 3028 Qiaoxiang Rd., Hongxin Garden, Bld. 14, Apt. 201 CHINA 518033
A more familiar looking format would be:
3028 QIAOXIANG RD HONGXIN GARDEN
BLD 14 APT 201
SHENZHEN, GUANGDONG, CHINA 518033

Now that we have the address in various forms, I will explain a few things regarding the US Postal Service and China Post handling depending on what you are sending.

Postcard/Letter

If you are sending a letter or post-card, all the USPS needs to know is that it is going to China, and once in China the CP needs to know the address in Chinese. If an address comes into China that is in English or Chinese written in Latin characters, a worker that knows English will try and determine what the translation is, but the problem is that Latin spellings can be associated with many characters and may end up at the wrong place or never delivered. So, for letters and post-cards you can put your return address as normal and use the following address printed:
广东省深圳市福田区侨香路3028号
鸿新花园14栋201
CHINA 518033
If you can not view the characters, here is an image:

First-Class Mail International:
Postcard: $1.10
Letters
up to 1 oz.: $1.10
up to 2 oz.: $2.05
up to 3 oz.: $3.00
up to 3.5 oz: $3.95

Packages

For a package, things are a little more involved. A customs form needs to be filled out and both the USPS and CP need to know the address.
The customs form can be filled out online at USPS - Customs Form or by hand using a customs form from the post office like the one on the right.

For filling in the form, you can use the following since you are limited in the amount of characters you can use:
Address: 3028 QIAOXIANG RD, BLD 14, APT 201
Postcode: 518040
City: Shenzhen
State/Province: Guangdong
Country: China

Fill out 1-5,8,9,10,13.
For 10, check "Redirect to Address Below" and write "Keep at post office, call 150 1941 9405".

Now, for the addresses on the box itself, you can use the labels provided at the post office to write your return address as normal, and the sending address as:
3028 QIAOXIANG RD HONGXIN GARDEN
BLD 14 APT 201
SHENZHEN, GUANGDONG, CHINA 518033

Additionally, print and place a clearly visible Chinese address the same as above for the letter/post-card.

Package rates are a little confusing because of the different types and guidelines. Assuming it does not matter how long it will take to arrive, the best rates by weight are:

First-Class Package International:
up to 2 oz: $6.55
up to 4 oz: $9.45
up to 8 oz: $12.75
up to 12 oz: $14.90
add 4 oz: +$1.85 up to a maximum of 64 oz (4 lbs).
up to 4 lb: $38.95

Priority Mail International:
up to 5 lb: $49.90
up to 6 lb: $51.30
up to 7 lb: $53.84
up to 8 lb: $56.37
up to 9 lb: $58.91

Priority Mail International Medium Flat Rate Box:
up to 20 lb: $59.95

Restrictions on items you can send are located at the USPS Country Conditions for Mailing - China, although I do not believe anyone will send anything contained on that list.

TL;DR

In summary, everything needs the Chinese address or it may not be delivered right. Packages need a customs form and an English address as well.
